Called the ‘Burgundy of Tea,’ this Black Tea has a complex and unique aroma with a naturally sweet orchid like taste.
Called the ‘Burgundy of Tea’ for its superb bouquet, Keemun (Quimen) obtains its highly distinctive aroma from a sub variety of the Tea plant found only in north China’s Anhui Province. The Chinese describe the complex and unique aroma of this naturally sweet Black Tea as orchid like, some compare it to ripe fruit and others speak of baked bread coming fresh out of the oven. A great self-standing Breakfast Tea that also takes milk well.
